Rollers, Blades And Parts For AK Robins® Pickle Strip Cutter
In 2009 Stiles Enterprises acquired from Kenco Food Machinery®, the product line of replacement parts for the A.K. Robins® Pickle Strip Cutter. All parts offered by Stiles are produced to original equipment specifications.
Included in the product line are rubber pickle feed rollers, pickle strip cutter blades, and the universal knife head assembly.
In addition to the standard 1 inch and 1-1/2 inch grooves, infeed wheels can be manufactured to customer specifications.
When inserting blades, follow this procedure.
It is suggested that the mechanic working with the blades have a .051 file, and have a flat sharpening stone on hand.
It should be noted that over time as holders are used, slots will wear making blades easier to install.
Remember that these blades are extremely sharp and protective gloves should be worn by anyone handling these blades.
