Stiles provides specialty cellular rubber and solid (dense) rubber rollers for product assembly, labeling, tablet sweeping, belt pulleys, conveying, orienting and other applications. We have produced open cell, closed cell and micro cellular foam / sponge rollers with and without cores, for many applications.

Our shop has the capability to match custom specifications with ground profiles, crowns, tapers, grooves, bevels, contours and release or protective coatings.

Send us your rollers to be reconditioned by stripping and resurfacing cores with new cover material.
