Overhead And Hand Held Capper Chuck Inserts

Stiles maintains a large stock of chuck inserts to fit hand held, semi-automatic, and fully automatic overhead cappers. Most applications use our standard off the shelf parts. Often customers require modifications such as solid inserts ( Dwg: Round - L ), or a modified cut out ( Dwg: Round - K ).

Most common are inserts molded from our white 1470 AEI material, or our 60 durometer clear BHD urethane inserts which are tougher on the cap but last longer. Softer hardnesses generally have more grip but wear faster than higher hardnesses of the same compound.

Large quantities can be custom compounded with specified colors. Check for minimum quantity requirements and additional costs.
